Digital Product Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Nollywood Kids.
Our Learning Store primarily provides digital products that can be downloaded electronically. This Refund Policy explains how we deal with refund requests for those products.
This policy applies to purchases made through www.nollywoodkids.com.
1. Digital Products
Our Learning Store may provide downloadable educational resources such as:

activity packs;

worksheets;
-
colouring pages;

craft resources;

family discussion guides;

educational activities; and
-
other PDF learning resources.
Because digital products can be downloaded and accessed electronically, they cannot be returned in the same way as physical products.
For this reason, we generally do not provide refunds simply because a customer changes their mind after purchasing and successfully receiving the digital product.
However, this does not affect any consumer rights that apply to your purchase under applicable law.
2. Technical Problems
If you purchase a product and experience a genuine technical problem, please contact us.
Examples include:

the file is corrupted;

the file is incomplete;

you receive the wrong product;

the product is materially different from its description;

you cannot reasonably access the product because of a problem on our side; or

another technical problem prevents you from receiving the product you purchased.

another method of accessing the product; or

a refund.
Our first aim will normally be to resolve the technical issue so that you receive the product you purchased.
3. Products That Are Not as Described
If a digital product is materially different from its description or does not meet a consumer guarantee that applies to your purchase, please contact us.
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy where required by applicable law.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include providing a replacement or refund.
4. Change-of-Mind Purchases
If you purchase a digital product and subsequently change your mind, select the wrong product or decide that you no longer want it, we generally do not provide a refund once the product has been successfully supplied or downloaded.
However, we may consider individual circumstances at our discretion.
This does not limit any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Where appropriate, we may refund the duplicate purchase.

The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
8. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or modified.
Australian Consumer Law may provide consumers with rights relating to digital products where the relevant requirements are met.
Those rights apply regardless of the wording of this Refund Policy.
